May 25th 2012; the registration
link will be disconnected at 6.00pm (Central European Time). After this date,
only on-site registration will be allowed if places are still available; please
note that conference kit and proceedings cannot be guaranteed for on-site
registrations.
The registration fee includes: Coffee
breaks, lunches, one copy of the proceedings, and the social dinner.
The social dinner is not included
in the student registration fees; it is possible to buy it while registering or
on site.
Notice that for each accepted
paper, at least one author must register.

Le Pubbliche Amministrazioni che iscriveranno i propri dipendenti, per
poter usufruire dell'esenzione IVA ai sensi dell'art. 10 del DPR 633/72 - come
modificato dall'art.14, comma 10 della legge 24 dicembre 1993, n. 537 -
dovranno inviare via fax (049 651320), unitamente alla stampa delle-mail di
riepilogo delliscrizione, una dichiarazione (contenente tutti i dati fiscali
dellEnte, nome del dipendente e titolo del congresso) in cui si specifichi che
il partecipante per cui viene pagata la quota discrizione un loro dipendente
autorizzato a frequentare levento.
Si accettano anche autocertificazioni, con documento di identit
allegato, contenenti le stesse informazioni. La fattura verr cos intestata
all'Ente di appartenenza.
Registration Cancellation Policy and
refunds
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing:
dont forget to include all your banks information. All cancellations must be
notified by May 4th 2012.
All refunds are subject to an
administrative fee of 50,00. No refunds will be granted after May 4th
2012.

While registering for FUN 2012 it is possible to pay also
for the EATCS Italian Chapter Membership Fee ( 10,00)
Receipt will be sent by EATCS in due time.
The fees must
