MetNet: Comparison of Metabolic Networks

Description

MetNet is a tool for reconstructing and comparing metabolic networks from KEGG data. It allows for automatically reconstruct the metabolic network of two organisms selected in KEGG and to compare their networks both quantitatively and visually.
