3rd International Workshop on Similarity-Based Pattern Analysis and Recognition

Paper and abstract submission

Papers and 2-pages extended abstracts must be submitted electronically at the conference website using the EasyChair submission system:

Manuscripts should be in pdf and formatted according to Springer's LNCS style. Information concerning typesetting can be obtained directly from Springer at:

http://www.springer.com/comp/lncs/authors.html .

All papers (not exceeding 16 pages LNCS format) and abstracts (not exceeding 2 pages LNCS format) must be submitted electronically. The latter comes in two flavors: 1) abstracts that summarize articles already published elsewhere or that aim at an overview of work relevant to SIMBAD and 2) abstracts that present preliminary results, open problems, topics for discussion, appeals for novel research directions, or anything else that suits the aim of SIMBAD and underlines the workshop character. All submissions will be subject to a rigorous peer-review process. Accepted papers providing an original contribution will appear in the workshop proceedings, which will be published in Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

If your extended abstract presents research published elsewhere, we ask that you include the previously published paper in your pdf document. If you are using LaTeX, this can be done with the package "pdfpages".

Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted.
