Where to bring the documentation
You have to bring signed forms to Segreteria del Campus Scientifico in via Torino Tuesday 10-13, Wednesday 14-17, o Thursday 10-13.
Q. I would like to present/modify my study plan. When should I do it?
A. The procedure for modifying the study plan must be made on-line by February 28th, 2014.

Q. I have to fill the form online, what are the constraints I have to respect?
A. Follow the constraints indicated here.
Q. I have to fill the form online, which procedure should I follow?
A. Connect here, print the "Manifesto raggruppato" to check the constraints. Choose the modification of the study plan and enter the courses you want, respecting one rule at a time, as shown in the Manifesto raggruppato. The rules on the total number of credits and those of every subrule should be respected. If you have already passed an exam, it must necessarily be in the study plan (the system should have automatically added a check mark on it).
Q. I would like to take extra credits, may I?
A. You can add extra credits (during the last step of the on-line fill-up procedure). They can be at most 13.
Q. I added some extra credits in the study plan, may I remove them?
A. You can, but only within the study plan presentation deadline.
Q. May I cancel an exam or a grade of an already verbalized exam?
A. Usually, once you have verbalized an exam it has to be included (as it is) in the study plan. However, if you have good motivations to cancel it, you can try to contact the professor with which you have taken the exam.
Q. I have not answered to all my doubts despite having read all the information above. What should I do?
A. Do not worry, write your doubts to the Segreteria del Campus Scientifico, they will respond as soon as possible!
