Instructions to Authors
Full papers, at most ten pages long, should reach the GbR2009
Scientific Secretariat by January 10, 2009. The
manuscript should be prepared according to the recommendations
of
LNCS. Please follow the
instructions to authors
and use the
Latex2e,
LateX
,
Tex
or
Word
style files
provided by
LNCS during the preparation of your manuscript.
Camera Ready Submission
The authors of accepted papers must submit the final camera-ready version of their contributions by March 16, 2009.
Please use the paper management tool to upload a zip archive of the source (input) files for the contributions, these should include
- (i) LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures.
- (ii) Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN.
- (iii) Final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX).
- (iv) Final PDF file (for reference).
- (v) RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX).
A paper copy and a signed copyright form
should be sent to:

Instructions for Poster Preparation
The panels avaiable for the poster presetation are 1 meter wide by 1.4 meter heigh.
Authors of accepted posters are invited to give a 3 minute presentation of their poster during the highlight session.
