The conference will be held in San
Servolo , a beautiful island in
Venice's Lagoon, not far from San Marco, the heart of Venice (it
is the small island in the lower right corner in the
view below).
San Servolo is
home of the Venice
International University , an
International Consortium of several Universities world-wide. The
island of San Servolo is easily reachable from Piazza San Marco
(Riva degli Schiavoni, stop "San Zaccaria") via boat: you can check the boat
schedule online.
