HOTELS IN THE VENICE CITY CENTER
The Congress Secretariat Key Congress and Communication S.r.l. has reserved rooms in several hotels in Venice City Center. The Congress Venue can be reached from all Hotels by congress shuttle or public transport.
Please make your reservation as soon as possible, and within June 27th, so that your requirements can be met. In the event of the preferred hotel category being fully booked, the Congress Secretariat will offer an other available alternative. Furthermore, the Hotel Secretariat will assist you throughout the Congress.
Rooms are available in the Venice City Center, hotel categories ****, ***, and **, whith prices for single rooms ranging from € 105.00 to € 420.00.
All rates are per room per night, inclusive of breakfast and all local taxes. Full details on the room rates are specified in the Hotel Reservation Form (zipped RTF file, PDF file).

RESERVATION
Participants should make their reservations with the Congress Secretariat by completing and sending by fax the Hotel Reservation Form (zipped RTF file, PDF file).
This application should be accompanied by a remittance covering the booking fee of € 20.00 due to Key Congress.

PAYMENT
All payment should be made in Euro (€) to the Congress Secretariat. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

  1. Credit Card (either Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard cards will be accepted)
  2. Bank transfer (in this case copy of the bank transfer should be sent together with registration form)

For bank transfer payments, a hotel deposit is also required. The hotel deposit will be credited to the hotel bill, and depends on the chosen category as indicated in the Hotel Reservation Form. All hotel expenses, deducting the deposit, should be paid directly to the hotel.

CONFIRMATION
The hotel reservation will be acknowledged by e-mail. Participants will also receive a confirmation letter together with the hotel voucher, indicating the name and address of the assigned hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to Key Congress.
For cancellations within June 27th, the booking fee only will be charged, while the hotel deposit will be refunded. For cancellations after June 27th, the 100% of the daily room charge plus the booking fee will be charged, to be deducted before refunding the hotel deposit.
