The Conference registration fee includes the attendance at all the Conference sessions, a copy of the proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks, the welcome cocktail and the conference dinner on May 25th. Full-time student registration does not include the conference dinner.
ACM/IEEE members must specify their membership number. Students must provide a certificate of their status, by fax or by e-mail PDF attachment.
Authors are required to register within the early registration date to have their paper included in the proceedings. A separate registration is required for each paper.

The Workshop registration fee includes the attendance at one workshop, a copy of the informal proceedings, lunch and coffee breaks. Attendance at a workshop without registering for the AVI 2006 Conference is possible. A discounted fee is applied to those registering to attend AVI 2006.
Workshops will be confirmed subjected to the registration of at least 10 participants for each workshop. In case of workshop cancellation, the fee will be entirely refunded. Substitutions are possibile at any time.

The Tutorial registration fee includes the attendance at one tutorial, a copy of the tutorial notes, lunch and coffee breaks. Attendance at a tutorial without registering for the AVI 2006 Conference is possible.
Tutorials will be confirmed subjected to the registration of at least 15 participants for each tutorial. In case of tutorial cancellation, the fees will be entirely refunded. Substitutions are possible at any time.

A maximum of two extra b/w pages for research papers, and one extra b/w page for system and short papers is allowed. Color figures must be grouped in additional pages that will be collected at the end of the proceedings in a Color Plates Section. Detailed instructions will be provided to authors.

Conference dinner will be held on the evening of May 25th in a typical restaurant in the Venetian Lagoon. Additional tickets can be purchased at registration time or on site. For organizational reasons, reservations must be made within May 22nd. The cost of the conference dinner includes a guided sightseeing tour in private launches.

Only cash (in Euro) and credit card payments will be accepted for on-site registration. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and MONETAonline. On-site registration applies the fees specified for late registration.

Receipts will be sent by e-mail in PDF format to the address indicated in the registration form. For on-site registrations receipts will be processed after the conference.
The AVI organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents to participants or for loss of, or damage to, their private property during the Conference. Registration does not include any form of insurance. Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.
